Nutritional BS to bear in mind
So we all know that to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit! There's no doubt about it, forget your eating carbs past 6pm etc.
HOWEVER.
Most people think to lose weight you need to eat less, THAN WHAT YOUR EATING NOW. So, if you're consuming on average 1000kcal a day then you automatically think you need to be eating around 800kcal a day. Now for a female weighing 32kg with a height of 4ft 2 this might be ok... but for the average person they aren't currently eating enough!
So try this... track your food intake for 2 weeks via My Fitness Pal, over the days and weeks it will give you an average breakdown of your Macronutrients and calories! Do they add up to your basal metabolic rate? Or are you actually already currently massively under eating?
